 Arctic Chill is a refreshing lemonade with crunchy mint and crushed ice that will cool  you up even on the hottest summer day. The tart taste of lemon and bright mint mix on the tongue, quenching your thirst with every icy sip.

  Ingredients

Boiled water1 l

Lemon1 pcs

Mint 2-3 sprigs.

Sugar (to taste) 3-4 tbsp. l.

Ice

 Boil the fish in cucumber brine or in salted water, cool well and cut into thin slices, and a hard-boiled egg into cubes. Put everything in a salad bowl, add pepper and salt to taste, mix, sprinkle with parsley, pour mayonnaise mixed with sour cream.
