Smoothies
Raspberry smoothie is a delicious and nutritious drink that you can easily make at home. Here's a simple recipe you can try:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup yogurt (you can use Greek yogurt or any other yogurt of your choice)
- 1 glass of milk (you can use any milk of your choice: cow's milk, soy milk, almond milk, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- A few ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Place raspberries, yogurt, milk and honey (if using) in a blender.
2. Beat ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add ice if you want the smoothie to be colder and thicker.
3. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
If you want to make your smoothie sweeter, you can add more honey or use sweetened yogurt. You can also experiment with adding other ingredients such as banana, spinach or chia seeds to give your smoothie extra nutrition and texture.
